Arrival Time
Please aim to arrive around 10 minutes early to give yourself a moment to settle in and get comfortable. If I’m with another client, feel free to take a seat and relax—I’ll come and greet you as soon as I’m ready.

Booking Commitment
At Sadaya Skin & Body, we see your booking as a mutual commitment—time set aside just for you. To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, so if you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

Booking commitments are non-refundable, but the deposit can be used as part payment toward your service.

Thank you for valuing this time—we look forward to caring for you.

Cancellations
If you cancel with 24 hours' notice, your deposit remains as credit for future visits. Late cancellations, no-shows, or reschedules can affect our ability to offer that time to someone else, and we appreciate your understanding.

If you're 15 minutes late, treatment time may be shortened or rescheduled.

Agreement
